Raven10 Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy ("Policy") explains the circumstances under which RAVEN10 TEKNOLOJİ VE DANIŞMANLIK A.Ş. ("Raven10", "we", "us", or "our") may issue refunds for access to the Raven10 platform, products, and services (collectively, the Services).

By purchasing a subscription, upgrading a plan, or otherwise paying for the Services, you agree to be legally bound by this Policy.

Raven10 is a business-to-business (B2B) platform providing data-driven analytics, AI-assisted tools, simulations, and decision-support applications for energy and related markets.

2. Digital Services and Immediate Access

The Services are digital and delivered online. Access to paid features is typically granted immediately after successful payment or subscription activation.

Because the Services are provided digitally and access begins right away, refunds are generally limited as described below.

3. Free Tier and Evaluation

Raven10 may offer a free plan, free trial, or other evaluation access. Users are encouraged to review platform capabilities during such periods to determine whether the Services meet their needs prior to purchasing a paid subscription.

4. Billing and Subscription Periods

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis (or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase). Charges apply for the applicable subscription period, and usage during the period is considered delivery of the digital service.

5. Refund Eligibility

5.1 General Rule

Except where required by applicable law or an expressly agreed contract, Raven10 does not provide refunds for:

  • partial subscription periods
  • unused time remaining in a billing cycle
  • downgrades during an active billing period
  • dissatisfaction based on expected outcomes, performance, or business results

5.2 Refunds We May Approve

Refunds may be considered in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical or processing error
  • Incorrect billing due to a verified system malfunction
  • Unauthorized charges proven to be the result of fraud (subject to verification)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

5.3 Non-Refundable Items

Unless required by applicable law, the following are non-refundable:

  • onboarding or setup efforts that have already been delivered
  • usage-based or consumption-based charges (if applicable)
  • fees charged by banks, intermediaries, or payment networks

6. Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time via the account management interface (if available) or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Access to paid features continues until the billing period ends
  • Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund

7. Merchant of Record and Payment Processing

Payments for Raven10 subscriptions may be processed by a third-party Merchant of Record (for example, Paddle). Where a Merchant of Record is used:

  • the Merchant of Record may appear as the seller on your receipt or bank statement
  • refund requests may need to be submitted through the Merchant of Record’s processes
  • this Policy still describes Raven10’s refund principles, unless the Merchant of Record’s mandatory process requires otherwise

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support before initiating a chargeback or formal payment dispute.

Raven10 may suspend or terminate accounts associated with excessive, abusive, or fraudulent chargeback activity.

9. How to Request a Refund Review

To request a refund review, contact us with:

  • the account email and company name
  • invoice/receipt number (if available)
  • date and amount charged
  • the reason for the request and any supporting information

We may request additional information to verify eligibility.

10. Changes to This Policy

Raven10 may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be published on the website or within the platform and become effective as stated.
